We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all orders.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids and opened pod/coil products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@ecigs-uk.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in our reply.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@ecigs-uk.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will cover the return postage.
