Terrible service

I emailed customer support to let them know that my item came damaged, the liquid had leaked out of the vape inside the packaging and the vape wouldn't work they didnt even respond to my message. Don't think I'll be using them again. Very poor customer service. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star otherwise it would be a zero.
